Accreditation

Credentials that protect your home.

Anyone can claim to be a home watch company. We invested in real accreditation, real insurance, and a written process — because the homes we watch deserve nothing less.

Greater Nashville Home Watch is an accredited member of the National Home Watch Association (NHWA), meeting standards for insurance, background checks, code of ethics, and a documented inspection process.

We carry general liability, professional liability (E&O), and a care, custody & control bond. Certificates of insurance are available on request before service begins.

Background-Checked Team

Every team member entering a client home passes a national criminal background check, signs confidentiality and non-disclosure agreements, and trains on our protocol before working independently.

Secured Credentials

Gate codes, alarm codes, and keys are stored in an encrypted system with strict access controls. Only the team members assigned to your home can access your information.
